教材分析：本单元主要通过Mr Green上的一堂音乐课引出“谈论能力”这一话题，主要学习Can you…?Yes,we can./No,we can’t.I can…What can you do?等句子。在教学中，教师应尽量运用图片、体态语等为学生创设情境，以帮助学生理解这些句子的功能和意义，然后引导学生操练、练习、运用。
教学方法：情景教学法，交际法，听说法，任务型教学法

教学反思：本课是教授单词和句型，在新授单词时，我采用了不同的的呈现形式，利用儿歌的形式，带入单词，学生乐于学习，然后结合句型，将所学运用于句型，通过多种操练方式，让每个学生都开口运用句型。同时，进行适当的语法点的讲解与拓展，学生学有所获。口头练习虽然比较到位，但高年级科适当增加笔头的训练，以达到学以致用的效果。

七、 教学评析
本课是本单元的第一课时，主要围绕“音乐课”上会说到的日常用语展开教学。由第二单元的歌曲先引出句型让学生操练，为本课学习先埋下伏笔。
在教学过程中，教师利用多媒体辅助，把课文分成三个部分展开分层教学活动。在处理课文内容时，通过，听后回答问题：读后回答问题的方式，有效的化解了课文的难度，层次分明，重难点突出，方法多样。但为了让学生更好的掌握本课所学以及帮助记忆，教师可列表让学生选择学生们can和can’t做的事情，一目了然，清晰。
本课课文中的对话也是师生对话，让学生来当Mr Green，满足他们当小老师的欲望，朗读也不会显得无趣。
最后的填空，稍有难度，在教师的引导下，大部分学生能想到答案，对他们是一种提高。

电脑屏幕显示新单词“live”、“house”,让学生明白其意思并跟读，组词造句。
2.电脑屏幕显示放大的yang ling家的新居
3. 借助电脑屏幕，让学生上来指着屏幕上的图并描述新居的情况，如：
让学生试着说这句话，或分句描述。（注意：当there be后面紧跟单数名词时，be动词常用单数形式。）
