《牛津小学英语》 6A 第二单元第一课时

一、设计思路

本课主要围绕“公共标志”这个话题开展各项活动,所涉及到的日常交际项目有介绍、询问、忠告和建议等。其中,以“询问公共标志含义”及其应答为重点内容。学生们在日常生活中对“公共标志”并不陌生,但作为一个话题讨论是会有一定困难的。为了使学生更好地掌握本课的学习内容,在教学过程中要考虑学生的年龄特点,充分利用多媒体课件、图片、简笔画等手段,运用形象化的语言和动作,使所学内容更贴近学生的生活,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生参与语言活动的积极性。

全方位研究课堂,提高课堂教学效率:让课堂成为学习的乐园;让课堂成为展示的舞台;让课堂成为合作的团队。小学英语教学的基本原则包括交际性原则、听说领先的原则、情景教学原则和趣味性教学原则。 因此在教学中应多层次研究学生,培养学生的综合语言运用能力。在本课中我注重利用趣味性教学原则,力求使本课生动、有趣,容易让学生接受。因此在设计的过程中我预备做一些活泼可爱的课件,再加入一些简笔画的元素,让学生在身心愉悦的状态下轻松的接受本课知识。同时,我还注意提高学生自主学习的能力,所以在教学过程中我会多给学生提供练习和自编对话的环节,把“要我学”变成“我要学”。总之,兴趣是最好的老师;鼓励是最好的手段;让学生有成功的体验;为学生自主学习提供帮助和机会。

这就是我对本节课的一些设计理念。

二、教学目标

根据小学生的心理和生理特征以及发展需求,小学阶段的英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们英语学习的积极态度,使他们建立初步的英语学习的自信心;培养学生一定的语感和良好语音、语调基础。六年级的学生他们已经能够进行简单的会话,掌握了一定的词汇,所以我认为在原先的基础上,他们本节课还应达到以下目标:

(一)知识目标

1. 能正确地听,说,读,写单词mean,must,should,shouldn’t

2. 能正确地听,说,读,写句型What does it/this/that mean?

It means you/we must/should/shouldn’t…

3. 能正确地听,说,读单词及词组public, sign, danger, away, grass, keep off, quiet, make noise, smoke, litter

Keep off the grass. Be quiet. No smoking. No littering. No parking. No eating and drinking. Do not touch.

(二)能力目标

能够运用所学句型与别人交谈,并且能够在公共场合阻止不文明的行为。

(三)情感目标

1. 通过本课的学习让学生对周围的环境和公共标志有所了解。

2. 通过本课的学习让学生对于在公共场合的正确行为有所熟悉,拒绝不文明行为。

五、学情分析

教学对象为六年级的学生。他们已经接触了三年的英语,有一定的英语基础。儿童的特性使得他们活泼好动,对新事物有着强烈的好奇心,探索知识的欲望很强烈,并且有着很强的表现欲。但由于教材特点和学生的基础不同,本课注重因材施教,分层教学,保持学生的学习兴趣,为此我将采用新颖活泼有趣的教学形式,保持并提高学生学习英语的兴趣。在本节课中我将设计一些简笔画和有趣的课件,希望能够保持学生的学习兴趣。

【设计意图:英语是由日常的点点滴滴积累而学成的,通过对话导入新知,便于学生巩固旧知识,并对新知识产生兴趣。实现由现实和课堂之间的转换。】

公共标志是学生所熟悉的东西。抓住这点提起学生的学习兴趣。用should 和shouldn’t做什么来巩固练习,能让学生易于接受。

小学生是活泼好动的,在教学的过程中应时刻注意抓住学生的注意力,将教学内容细致的传授给学生,让学生在学习的过程中体会到生活中的点点滴滴。

假如在做课件时没有掌握一个度,把课件做得太过华丽,容易把学生的吸引力从课堂知识转移到欣赏课件上来,因此制作课件时应该慎重。

有老师结合自己的教学实践经验,总结出数学创新教育要做到四个“尽量”:尽量让学生独立思考;尽量让学生观察;尽量让学生人人动手;尽量让学生综合、归纳。同样,英语教学也应如此,教师必须开阔视野,要勇于探索,敢于创新,以创新精神去发现新问题,总结新经验。
