1. 自我介紹 (語言多以英語為主 );

3. 個人發問
面試留意事項 :
1. 自我介紹的內容精簡 , 並能突出自己的個性和長處 , 留意發言時的時間控制 (忌長篇大論 , 如個人演講般說個不停) ;
2. 面試時需持有該有的禮貌 , 如說早安或午安等 , 讓面試官對你留下好印象 , 一般人都會容易忽略這些細節的 .
3. 於討論環節時 , 勿過于偏激或是太出位 , 尤其是對他人的意見作出評擊 , 面試者可嘗試用補充的方法去作出回應 ;
4. 於討論環節時 , 應持有包容及客觀的態度 , 如遇上與自己持相同意見的組員 , 面試者可相應作出認同和鼓勵的態度 , 從中表現出個人領導的才能 .
5. 於討論環節時 , 面試者可嘗試為組員間的不同意見作一歸納 (Summarization) , 從中可表現出個人的組織力和分析力 .
6. 於討論環節時 , 忌心浮氣燥 , 與組員間舌劍唇槍和爭持不下 , 給人一種過份主觀和自大的感覺 ;
7. 面試前請預先想好一些自己希望發問的問題 , 避免即場手足無措和啞口無言 .
8. 面試前一晚要有充足的睡眠 , 和當天吃過早餐後才出門到試場會較理想 , 這樣才能有清醒的腦筋去應付面試 .
