【摘要】：本文通过对教育技术专业内容、特点等方面介绍教育技术专业，让在校大学生知道教育技术学是什么。并从教育技术专业的特点分析该专业就业方向，为在校学生的就业提供一些可行性建议。

一 教育技术专业介绍
教育技术的繁荣有赖于技术型人才的成长和壮大 。 随着技术型人才在经济建设和社会发展中的作用日显重要 ， 人们越来越认识到 ， 从事这一领域工作的技术型人才是整个人才体系中具有重要地位的组成部分 。 由于培养技术型人才有着区别于传统高等教育的课程体系和教学过程 ， 从而要求在原有的高等教育体系中分化出一种新的教育类型 ， 专门承担这种人才的培养任务 ， 这种新的教育类型被联合国教科文组织称为 “ 技术教育 ”。UNESCO（联合国教科文组织 ）在 1984 年出版的 《 技术与职业教育术语 》（《Terminology of Techno logy and Vocational Education》） 中对 “ 技术教育 ” 做出了专门的解释 ： 技术教育是 “ 设置在中等教育后期或第三级教育 （ 高中后教育 ） 初期以培养中等水平人员 （ 技术员 、 中级管理人员等 ） 以及大学水平的 ， 培养在高级管理岗位的工程师和技术师 。 技术教育包括普通教育理论的科学和技术学科的学习以及相关的技能训练 。” 随着科学技术的进步 、 产业结构的升级和高等教育的多样化发展 ， 技术教育作为一种独立的教育类型 ， 在我国经济社会发展中的作用日益凸显 。 充分认识技术教育存在和发展的必然性 ， 明确技术教育人才培养的目标与定位 ， 对我国技术教育体系的完善和技术型人才的培养具有重要意义 。
（1）教育技术基本概念
现行的"教育技术"定义中。美国教育传播与技术学会(简称AECT)在1994年
发布的有关“教育技术”的定义影响很大。 我国对教育技术定义的讨论相当丰
富，《中国电化教育》和《教育技术研究》杂志发表了几乎国内全部重要学者对教育技术定义理解的论文。
AECT‘94定义：教学技术是关于学习资源和学习过程的设计、开发、利用、
管理和评价的理论和实践。英文原文：Instructional Technology is the theory and practice of design , development , utilization ,management and evaluation of processes and resources for learning.
该定义将教育技术的研究对象表述为关于“学习过程”与“学习资源”的
一系列理论与实践问题，改变了以往“教学过程”的提法，体现了现代教学观念从以教为中心转向以学为中心，从传授知识转向发展学生学习能力的重大转变。学习过程是学习者通过与信息、环境的相互作用获取知识和技能的认知过程，学习资源是学习过程中所要利用的各种信息和环境条件。新的教学理论要求学生由外部刺激的被动接受者转变为能积极进行信息处理的主动学习者，而教师要提供能帮助和促进学生学习的信息资源和学习环境。从21世纪社会发展和人类发展的需求出发，建造一个能支持全面学习、自主学习、协作学习、创造学习、终身学习的社会教育大系统。
2004年12月25日，教育部印发了《中小学教师教育技术能力标准（试行）》，
这是我国颁布的第一个有关中小学教师的专业能力标准。该标准对教育技术作出了如下的定义：运用各种理论及技术，通过对教与学过程及相关资源的设计、开发、利用、管理和评价，实现教育教学优化的理论与实践。
（2）教育技术特点
教育技术不是一般的某种教学方法的应用，它包含了三种概念(学习者
为中心、依靠资源、运用系统方法)综合应用于教育、教学的理论与实践。教育技术重视分析、研究学习者的特点(诸如行为水平、能力、知识基础、年龄特征等)，因为学习者的情况对于选择目标、确定步调、确定评价性质
等许多教育决策都产生直接影响。在教育技术中，解决问题的表现形式是依靠开发使用学习资源与促进个别化学习来提高人的学习质量。学习资源包括信息、人员、材料(教学媒体软件)、设备（硬件)、技巧和环境，是一个复杂的系统。要使它们在学习中产生整体功能、发挥优良作用，就必须通过进行系统的设计实现优化组合。因此涉及到进行一系列的教育开发工作，进行有效的教学资源开发和有效的教学过程设计。
教育技术重视所有学习资源或称为人类的学习媒体的开发、应用、管理，设计和学习者的学习经验，强调用科学的系统方法来分析和整合“教、学”过程。例如，利用系统方法对教学活动进行设计，经过需求分析、内容分析、学习者分析，制订出可以操作的逐次递进的学习目标，并根据这些学习目标选择适当的策略（过程、方式、媒体），以形成一个完整的教与学的设计方案，并在方案的试行中，进行评价总结，依据需要作必要的调整和修改。这样的系统过程为实现优化教学活动（或学习经验）提供了途径。
可以把教育技术应用于解决教学问题的基本指导思想概括为：以学习者为中心、依靠资源和运用系统方法三个概念的整合应用。其基本的实践原则是首先要鉴定问题，弄清所要解决问题的本质，然后根据问题的实质来研究、设计解决问题的方案。其操作程序是按照系统方法的程序和步骤来操作实施。操作过程可分为六个步骤，即鉴定、设计、选择、实施、评价和修改与推广。亦可概括为两个基本环节，鉴定问题和解决问题，即首先确定要解决的是什么性质的问题（或需求），然后再根据问题的性质来寻找解决问题的方案。在应用实践中，对进行的每一步骤还需要运用有关的理论、知识和技术来支持教育开发的系统方法。
