设计范围：概念规划设计方案。
设计服务周期：合同签订后40天内完成汇报文件。
设计费测算：主要参照目前市场行业内概念性规划设计收费标准，同时参照中华人民共和国建设部与发改委共同颁发的《工程勘察设计收费标准》（2002年修订本）原则，并依据本项目特点、设计分工，结合以往类似工程项目设计收费市场行情拟定设计费单价。
