尊敬的各位领导：各位同事，大家好！
我演讲的题目是：
《克复拖延心理，科学管理时间，有效提高工作效率》 这是一个刻不容缓的时代，美国上班族的午餐，都已经在自己工作的地方匆忙解决了，“有空再谈”已经成为了他们在这股横扫全球的高效率风潮中的口头禅。但是，有个事实摆在我们面前，很多本来可以优秀的员工，却在深受拖延的困扰。
我们做事都有拖延的心理，造成拖延的原因不外乎时间观念不强，对自己的目标和价值摇摆不定，对生活和工作不满，优柔寡断，害怕被批评，缺乏自信等因素。
拥有拖延心理是一件非常可怕的事。
拖延，可以把企业拖垮；
拖延，可以让他人领先。
作为一名金融工作服务人员，如果在柜台服务中1个顾客拖延1分钟，也许将会导致一个优质客户的流逝，如果在银企合作中拖延时间，一个好的项目可能在拖延中“夭折”。银行年初下达的目标任务和计划，都会在拖延中落空。
也许有人会反驳，说慢工可以出细活，十年可以磨一剑，但是一个妙龄少女也会在无休无止的拖延中变成老太婆。拖延会孳生懒惰，而萧伯纳说过，懒惰就像一把锁，锁住了知识的仓库，使你的智力变得匮乏。拖延时间是一种借口，谁在为拖延时间找
借口，谁就在为浪费生命找借口，浪费生命就是最大的失败。我们找的借口有两种，一种是以某事为非真正的理由，一种是假托的理由。虽然人人都有自己的苦衷，找点小借口无伤大雅，但是当寻找借口成为习惯，那么它就只能是庸者的护身符，强盗的利剑，懦夫的盾牌。秉持“绝不拖延”的理念已成为美孚石油公司、沃尔玛商店、通用汽车、德国电信、苏黎世金融服务和英特尔等知名大公司严格执行的员工行为准则。
如何克服拖延，成了我们必须面对的问题。首先，要建立自我安全感，给予自己信心，学会做好自己的时间管理规划。拟定一个完成工作任务的期限，给自己加压，并让身边的人都知道我们的期限，让他们看到我们如期完成。有些人因为害怕自己干的不那么完美无缺，而搁置了工作，拖延了时间，所以不要因为追求十全十美的业绩而裹足不前，接到了新的工作任务，就立即切实地行动起来。我们不知道自己的生命终点到底在什么地方，所以，我们不能够在那里慢慢腾腾地工作。我们要尽量利用自己每一分、每一秒的时间去推动自己，让自己实现既定的目标。
尝试做一个当天时间运用计划，分出事物的轻重缓急，记住现在必须做的事情；要学会做简单的电话记录，然后斟酌一一完成；要学会放弃，不强求完美。以清晰的工作思路，妥当的工作方案，严格的工作时间计划和饱满的工作热情去克服拖延心理。我们不但要培养自我管理的特质，还要打造良好的职业心境，把
工作当成自己的事业，我们就不会因为出现拖延的问题去为自己找借口，推卸责任，而会去主动解决问题，我们的业绩也会随着问题的解决而得到提升，我们的人生前景就会逐步光明。用美孚石油公司的雷蒙德先生经常提醒下属的一句话：我们不应该因为工作的快节奏而引起心理不适或精神障碍，而要合理安排自己的工作和生活，适当忙里偷闲，消除紧张状态，善于自我解脱。而我要说的就是，我们不会为了成长而成长，一切都给予我们相信自己正在为我们企业创造长期价值，正在为了证明我们自己的存在价值而努力。
