eat enough green vegetables and fruit. Drinking plenty of water is also important to help prevent your hair from getting dry. Doctors suggest you should drink 8 glasses of water each day.

vegetables. It is difficult to say who is right.
Most doctors agree on one thing that you need a balanced diet to stay healthy. A balanced diet
means various foods forms from each of the five food groups: grains, vegetables, fruit, milk products and meat. Without a balanced diet your body can’t work well.
Therefore, to help you decide what to eat and what not to eat, you should do some research.
Scientific information about your body’s needs for fats, proteins, minerals and vitamins can help
