Bill Mckibben has ever said that consumerism is the most powerful ideology so far--now, there is no place on the earth can escape the magic of wonderful life desire ." China is experiencing the development of economy, politics, culture and social life that never have been. Besides, with the increasing of international cooperation, the inter-company, the coming of foreign media, the pragmatism and f hedonism of western countries have great influences on the Chinese. Therefore, we need to call for new conception of consumption, establish healthy consumption pattern, create optimistic consumption culture and improve the harmony between people and people, people and nature, people and society.

Contemporary university student is a special group of the society. On the one hand, they are one of the major group of consumption, they have independent realization and characteristics of consumption. On the other hand, they are the leader power of the major power and consumption tendency of future China. Thus, their consumption situation, attitude and pattern will have vital effects on the economy development and consumption culture. In order to have better understanding these issues, it is necessary to make a survey to have a deep look into university students’ daily consumption.

II. Survey

It’s quite important for us to know how to arrange our money in our daily life. And to know more detailed information about the way university students spend their money, Cherry and Ann made a survey in Hefei University from May 8, 2012 to May 16, 2012. Actually, the subject of this survey was the English Major student, and the way of this survey was sampling survey. In other words, 120 students were chose to join the survey, and then the result of the survey was recorded by charts and graphs. , The types of survey were the longitudinal study and the comparison, and the findings are in the following information.

After adding up and summarizing the data we got from the questionnaires, we make the following charts and graphs.

The chart1 is the data of university students’ daily consumption, and you could find that the board and snacks fee are in majority of university students’ daily consumption. In other words, students spend much of their living expenses in foods. Besides, some students also spend parts of their living expenses in luxury products, such as Cosmetics and nutrition. But these products are too expensive to afford now to them. What’s more, many students don’t spend much money in their studies. And it is really a surprise to find that.

Next, the comparison type of study is used to get more information about the daily consumption of university students.

As you can see, the chart2 is a comparison between male and female undergraduates’ daily consumption. It’s very easy to find that male undergraduates’ spend much more money in board than female undergraduates, while females spend much more money in snacks, luxury products and clothes. And from this, you could find that there are some differences between males and females. Females take more attentions to their appearance, and they want to be different and unique. In contrast, males have high demand food services. In addition, females work harder than males,

female university students, and the variable is the time. Then you would find that the females have a different way to arrange and spend their money in different grades. When they become sophomore from freshman, they spend less money in their foods, including board and snacks, but spend a litter more money in luxuries and clothes, as well as learning. The reason may be they want to be more charming or mature, and

they work more hared because they have a TM4 examination in sophomore year.

And it’s obvious that male students spend much less money in board, but spending more in snacks, luxury products, and clothes. So, it is not right to say only females care about their appearance, the male students also care. Besides, they also spend more money in learning because of the TM4 examination.

From the above charts, you can find there are many wrong attitudes and ways to spend money, so here are some solutions to solve them.

IV. Solutions

According to the survey results and analysis, there are mainly four methods to solve the problems. Firstly, it is very important to strengthen students’ independent realization and the ability of managing money matters. This kind of ability is important in the competitive society. The financial management is not only the simple calculation of numbers and the simple balance of incomes and expenses, it needs

Instant noodles have become international food. It is probably the statistical global annual consumption of instant noodles for about 1/3 of the Chinese consumed the 65.25 billion. China has become the world's instant noodle production and consumption country. 21st century co-exist in the rapid development of China's instant noodle industry opportunities and risks, opportunities and challenges. However, in our education eollment banner waving, the number of students in China soared. College students as a special social groups enhance the overall spending power as the number of straight up. The first part:How many times does college students eat instant noodle?

According to investigation, we know that the instant noodles has become an important part in ShenZhen polytechnic’s students. From survey, 33% of the students eat the instant noodle around once a week ,next,there are 31% students eat the instant noodle twice to fourth a week,the students who never eat the instant noodle has 21%.while eating instant noodles most frequency is about 15%.Thus we can realize that the instant noodles of college students is very popular in the future.The specific investigation are shown below:

The second part: Where are they buy the instant noodle?

We can concluded that the student in Shenzhen polytechnic is prefer to buy in store blew their dormitory where is the nearest

place to them , beside, they think it can save time .It lead to 73% students buy the instant noodle in store below their dormitory ,only 14% students buy it from supermarket and market .So, to capture instant noodles market, we should force the selling on campus . Only in this way ,can we ensure that our instant noodles market is bright.

So, in the beginning of listed products, we have to pay a considerable cost into the college students' store below dormitory to get the college students' consumer field of vision, and attract them to buy, and finally capture market.

The third part:Which brand do they choose?

75 students willing to eat 康师傅, 41 students eat Uni-President . Besides, there were 27 students choose 今麦郎and 22 students love white 白象.

Thus, instant noodle brand is more and more important.A dominant brand is highly unlikely to ever lose its position,like Tingyi and Uni-President.But some small brands are forcing to pull out of markets.

目前,高等学校在职业教育方面存在着一些突出问题,学校教育与学生就业及市场对人才的需求相脱节,教学实效性较差,教学工作处于尴尬局面。在采用抽样调查法、问卷调查、走访等方法后,对商务英语专业市场人才需求的状况,对商务英语专业学生教学及课程开发的要求等情况进行了调查与分析,以有利于改革高职高专教育和教学工作。

就业市场商务英语人才需求

在国民教育体系中,职业教育是一个不可忽视的重要组成部分,因为它是促进经济、社会发展和劳动就业的重要途径。职业教育就是就业教育,社会需求是职业教育的生产力。只有坚持改革、创新,根据市场需求,及时调整专业,才是职业教育可持续发展的根本途径。

20**年8月至20**年9月,吉林省教育学院外语系《高职商务英语专业课程开发与课程设置改革的研究》课题组在吉林省、辽宁省、浙江省以及北京、上海、深圳、杭州、义乌、大连等地进行一次市场人才需求社会问卷抽样调查,力图调查社会对商务英语专业人才的需求情况,了解一些基本情况及所占比例,为商务英语专业进一步发展提供依据,并按社会需求和就业导向进行课程开发和改革,重新制定以就业为导向,以学生职业生涯规划为主线的>教学计划,使专业及其课程设置更趋完善、有效,并符合当代社会发展的需要,具有时效性。

一、关于调查问卷

1、问卷调查的问题

本次调查问卷是由课题组成员共同设计的。由三部分组成,即调查单位基本情况、主体问卷以及对商务英语专业课程设置的情况调查,共设计问题35个,其中调研单位及被调查者个人基本情况5个,市场人才需求和课程设置调查具体问题30个。

2、问卷调查的途径

此次调查问卷发放采取的方式有两种,一是邮寄问卷,二是通过走访的方式,直接到调查单位发放问卷,与管理者进行面对面的交流和采访,并把答卷当场提交上来。邮寄的调查问卷以及走访单位的范围包括全国5个省、12个市,共发放问卷500份,收回问卷156份,其中有效问卷128份。

二、基本情况

本次调查的单位主要涉及国营和事业单位、民营企业、中外合资企业、商贸和股份

制公司、个体及私营公司等。从企业规模看,大型企业占22、0%、中型企业占31、5%、小型企业占46、5%。从企业的经济类型看,国有企业占10、4%、民营企业占23、5%、中外合资企业占9、0%、商贸和股份合作制公司占25、5%、个体和私营公司占31、6%。

调查以公司和>企业管理者为对象,其中企业经营者职务为董事长、总经理、厂长、企业高层副职占26、0%,市场部及人事部经理职务占38、5%,工程师和技术人员8、7%,公司职员17、5%,其它职务占9、3%。受调查的128人中,男性占64、1%,女性占35、9%、

三、对商务英语专业人才需求情况

在本次调查中,在问到调查单位目前是否有引进商务英语人才计划时,有60、9%的单位选择了“有”;暂未考虑和没有的分别为23、4%和15、6%。这说明市场对商务英语专业毕业生需求是比较大的,培养的前景是乐观的。调查中,认为最受企业欢迎的商务英语专业毕业生类型是“学习成绩好,并具有较强的社交能力的”占60%,其次是“社交能力强”的占27、9%,而“学习成绩好”的占12、1%、可见综合素质高是最受欢迎的毕业生类型。

在问到对商务英语专业毕业生的具体要求(可多种)时,提出“英语口语好”的比例最多占61、6%,依次是“交际能力强”占53、8%,“具有扎实的基本功,业务能力强”占42、6%,“有一定的商务实践能力”占40、5%,“英语+商务”占19%,毕业生“要过英语四级”的占18、5%,“有国家二级计算机证书”的占10、3%,“具有良好的职业道德和就业观念”占5、6%,“形象气质佳”的占3、1%。

对于职业资格证书对毕业生是否重要的问题上,调查单位表示重要的比例为45%,认为不太重要,重实际能力的占54、7%。由此可看出用人单位已倾向于看重毕业生的实际能力和水平,但从统计的比例数也可看出目前不少单位还是重视毕业生是否拥有各种证书。

四、对商务英语专业学生教学及课程开发的要求调查

在本次调查中,调查单位对商务英语专业教学和课程设置的问题是比较关心的。在问到商业英语专业的英语基础课是否需要以商务内容为学习材料时,有82、5%的单位选择了同意;不同意也不反对和不同意的分别占12、3%和5、2%。这表明商务英语专业的英语基础课的教材以商务内容为学习英语技能的材料是符合市场需求的。

在商务英语专业的专业课教学应该用英语进行还是借助汉语讲授的问题上,同意借助汉语讲授商务知识的比例最高占45、3%,同意用英语讲述的比例占33、6%,不同意也不反对的比例是21、1%。可见,赞成借助本族语学习商务知识的比重较大,说明专业知识的学习与英语技能的培养相关性不是十分大。

在问到针对商务英语专业的学生在大学期间应开设哪些课程为好时,有31、5%的经营者建议开设“商业英语精读”和“商业英语听说”课程;要求开设“>国际贸易实务”、“商务礼仪”和“>市场营销学”的比重也较大分别为25、6%、14、1%和10、9%;

“商务英语写作”占18%,“>电子商务”占16、3%,“国际金融”15、3%,“经济学”占14、6%,还有提出开设“>社会学”和“管理学”等。

五、存在的主要问题及改进建议

通过此次调查了解到,用人单位对学校培养学生方面有较高的要求,其中认为学校应该培养学生能够与各种人打交道,具有较强的沟通能力的比例最高达到了43、5%,其次是:培养学生具有较强的实务操作能力(21、5%)、培养能力和知识相并重的学生(19、3%)不太清楚或无建议(15%)。

在问到“您作为用人单位,能否就高等职业院校商务英语专业的学生培养方面,提出一些宝贵意见和建议”时,有的调查单位表现出很强的社会负责感,提出了很多建设性的意见和建议,归纳起来有以下几个方面;1)提高学生的整体素质;2)培养思想道德好的学生;3)要求学生打好英语语言基础,口语流利并具有较强的商务实践能力;4)学校要注重教学质量;5)找实践单位,参加社会实践学习,进行实用型教育;6)要培养学生具有一定的书面表达和翻译能力;7)鼓励学生增强自信精神;8)培养学生具有社会交往能力,提高整体形象等。

从此次调查问卷可以看出,用人单位对毕业生和学校的要求都具有较强的实用性和针对性的特点,既要求学生有较高的英语语言技能,尤其是英语口语水平,又需要学生具有较好的商务实践和商务沟通能力,也对学校提出了培养学生的综合素质和提高教育教学质量的要求。这些调查结果应引起我们极大的关注和重视,有待在今后的商务英语专业教学中进行调整和强化,它也是进行商务英语专业课程开发和课程设置改革的重要依据,具有宝贵的参考和实用价值。

小学英语课程已大面积开设,本人就开县小学>英语教学现状展开了调查。经过实地调查走访以及与其他乡镇教师交流,对本县乡镇小学英语教学现状有了初步的了解。现就几点突出问题提出自己的对策。

一、问题

1、学校对英语教学不重视

经了解,许多乡镇学校没有专职的英语老师,英语课全由本班的语数教师兼任。由于在质量监测考试中,英语只占20分,就形成这样一个普遍观念--英语是副科,不如语数重要。所以,英语课几乎被语数老师占用,改上为语数课。尽管有的学校有英语专业的教师,但这些老师却被学校安排上语数课,未实现专科专用。有的学校甚至从未开设英语课,而是在临近考试前的两个月,才来给学生恶补英语。以至于六年级这样的高年级学生连26个字母都不能完全认读,英语基础几乎为零。

2、师资短缺,教师工作量大

农村小学英语教师一般都是兼>职教师,任课量多,不仅要任语文、数学主考科目而且还有其它的副科。一个教师平均要任三至四门的课且任多少课就得备多少课,导致备课量较大,教师工作负荷较重,无暇花费更多的精力来提高自己的英语教学水平。例如,我校就只有我一位英语教师,三、四、五、六年级的英语课全由我一个人上。每天我要备四堂课,写四份教案,制作四份课件,批改四个年级的作业,有时还要参加学校的听课活动。我感到教学工作负担十分沉重,我每天都在疲于备课上课,很难有充分的时间钻研教材,提高自身的素质,提高教学技能。同时由于专职英语教师少,各学校缺乏教学研究的氛围,领导对英语教研这一项工作也不是很重视,即使曾派英语教师出外学习,但回来后也只是个人写一写>收获,很少组织集中讨论英语教学。因此教学观念和方法得不到及时更新,教学只能停留在低层次水平上。例如,我校就我一位英语教师,遇到问题时我没有前辈可以请教,也没有同事可以交流讨论,总是自己一个人在闭门造车。

3、村校教学设备严重不足

小学英语教学形式要生动,活泼和直观,语言活动形式以听说唱演赛为主,需要配备录音机,幻灯片,实物,图片等大量直观的教具,然而村校的教学设备却严重不足。教师上课仅靠一张嘴,一根粉笔。这样落后的教学设备直接影响了教学效果,学生的学习态度及学习热情。就拿我任教的村校来说吧,连一台录音机都找不到。我都是自己收集废旧纸板,画简笔画,制作单词卡片。上课时,我都是把自己的笔记本电脑背去山上的村校,给学生放音频资料。

4、村校孩子胆小,羞于说英语。

由于交通不便,信息闭塞,教学设备有限,村校的学生不如城市和中心校的学生见多识广,他们大多胆小拘谨,缺乏自信。加之英语是他们从未接触过的新学科,他们就更加没有自信,不敢大胆说英语。因为他们总担心自己会出错,会被老师批评,会被同学嘲笑。我在村校上课期间,从来没有一个学生会举手主动回答老师的提问。印象最深的一次是:我让一位女同学站起来读字母,她磨蹭了一分钟才站起来,在我的引导下,勉强读完了字母。在坐回座位后,她竟对我怒目而视,好像我和她有什么深仇大恨似的。我想,这位同学之所以有这么激烈的反应,可能是村校学生都存在这样的心理:我不会读英语,老师还让我读,这不是让我出丑,让我被同学耻笑吗?

二、改善策略

1、改进教学评价体系

教学评价能发挥导向和激励作用,教学无评价,就不能有效地促进学生的学习,必将严重影响这门课程的开设效果。建议我县在每学期期末考试中增加英语学科的考试,亦或是提高英语学科所占分值比重,只有这样,各学校才会重视这门学科。其次,学校领导要重视英语教学,树立正确的教育观、质量观、构建积极有效的评价体系。客观公正地评价考核小学英语教师,注重教学过程和工作态度,优先选派英语教师外出学习。不要因为英语考试所占分值比重较低,而轻视这一学科。

2、加强师资队伍建设

地方行政部门应当从英语专业毕业生中选聘英语教师,并按要求尽快给各级学校配齐英语专职教师。对于师资严重缺乏的学校,应及时公开招聘录用新教师,或者鼓励一部分有英语基础的老师先转岗>培训,再上岗。同时加大对小学英语教师的在职培训,多给老师提供合作交流的平台。建立城乡“校对校”教师定期交流制度,组织开展“城区支援农村,强校支援弱校”送教下乡服务工作,定期选派优秀教师到农村学校支教,农村学校教师到优质学校学习进修。通过师资轮换调整,保证学校之间的师资力量和教育水平相对均衡。也可将城乡老师结成“一对一”的网上帮扶对子。每天,老师们可以通过网络及时交流,共同提高。

3、加大对村校教育经费的投入

加大农村教育专项资金投入力度,优先保证农村正常教学进行。尤其是对边远山区,要加快建设农村远程教育工程的步伐。改善硬件设施,为学校>投资购买电视机、录音机等必要的教学设备,配齐磁带,挂图,CD,卡片等相关教辅资料并逐步建设语音和多媒体教室。只有这样,才能够加大信息量的输入,为学生学习英语营造浓厚的氛围,形成良好的学习环境。各学校也要珍惜这些教学资源,物尽其用,而不是将其束之高阁。

4、改变教学模式

针对村校学生羞于说英语的问题,我的方法是:改变传统的教学模式,将英语教学融入游戏中。因为村校教学设备有限,很多老师只能固守传统的教学模式,“一支粉笔、一块黑板、一本书、一张嘴”,教师滔滔不绝地讲,学生马不停蹄地抄,老师提问,学生回答,形式非常单一,学生学习兴趣索然。而我是将英语知识融入一个个英语小游戏中,学生会不知不觉地大胆说出英语,而不会像传统的课堂一样,学生时刻担心老师是否会抽人回答问题,自己是否会说错。例如,我在上“I’m?”这个句子时,我就把一个学生叫到黑板前,背对其他学生。让讲台下的学生一一和他问好,说“hello”。然后让黑板前的这位学生根据声音猜人。最后让下面的学生自己公布答案,用上“Yes,I’m+姓名”,“No,I’m+姓名”这样的句子。为了加大猜测的难度,我还让下面的同学,捏着鼻子发声。通过这样的游戏的方式,极大地激发了同学们的兴趣,能敢于说英语。
