前 言

为创建学习型企业,根据《电气运行规程》及CBE岗位培训手册,精选出符合生产实际的内容汇编成册,其中包括填空、巡检操作、事故处理、二次回路、专业基础及电气安全六部分;二次回路及专业基础试题的选编,不但使员工对业务知识知其然,而且知其所以然,起到了融会贯通的作用。

鉴于《电业安全工作规程》的修编及部分安全知识的零散性,为解决员工收集安全资料的困难,在赵志刚编写的电气安全试题基础上,结合变电运行生产实际,改编附在后面,部分来自新版《安规》,部分来自口碑相传几十年的生产实际,有很强的实用价值。

编写过程中班长金作岩组织得力,全班参与,可以说本书是网控班全体员工智慧的结晶。

篇二:电气运行工作职责

电气运行班长的职权与职责

1、电气运行班长是保证电站电气设备安 全经济运行的负责人,并监督电站电气设备的安全运行情况。

2、电气运行班长严格执行工作票和操作票制度。

3、电气运行班长正确指导本班人员对电气系统的各种拉闸和倒闸操作。

4、电气运行班长正确带领本班人员依照现场规程对电气设备进行绝缘电阻测量。

5、电气运行班长负责节约用电,按时完成下达的发电任务。

6、一切高压操作均须按“安全工作规程”的规定进行,务必使每次操作能正确符合操作票的规定,在进行操作之前:班长应向操作人员解释操作的目的和次序,以便操作人员对要进行的操作有明确的认识和正确填写操作票。

7、电气运行班长只有在见到检修负责人 持有符合“安全工作规程”的工作票后,才许可其在高压设备上进行检修工作。

8、电气运行班长应直接负责准备检修工作的工作现场布置和做好一切安全措施。

9、在电气设备发生直故障时,电气运行班长应迅速将此事故报告主任。并执行主任下达的事故处理命令,当主任不在时、电气运行班长可单独根据现场事故处理规程进行处理。

10、事故消除后、电气运行班长应详细的记录事故发生的原因以及处理事故的时间和方法步骤,合闸、拉闸情况等等。

电气主操作的职权与职责

1、电气主操作在行政的操作上属于电气运行班长 的领导,在上班期间应严格执行电气运行班长的命令。

2、在电气班长暂时离开主控室的情况下,电气主操有权代理电气班长的职权、协调机,炉、电和化水的整体工作。当发生设备故障时电气主操应及时汇报电气班长并听从电气班长的处理命令。

3、电气主操应不断的提高自己的技能,协助班长把本班的工作做细做好,同时也要帮助副操提高业务素质和技术水平。

4、电气主操每班最少对发电机,变压器、汽机所有电气设备和锅炉所有电气设备以及化水所有电气设备认真仔细的巡回检查两次以上。

5、电气主操应能认真正确的填写各种操作票和检修工作票,同时向副操讲解操作的目的和步骤以上及检修工作票的安全措施。

电气副操的职权与职责

1、电气副操在行政和操作上均属于电气班长的领导,同时也应配合电气主操的工作,电气主操有权安排电气副操认真监盘和对电气设备的巡回检查, 报表的正确填写以及打扫卫生等工作。

2、电气副操每班最少对发电机,变压器、汽机所 有电气设备和锅炉所有电气设备以及化水所有电气设备认真仔细的巡回检查两次以上。

3、电气副操应学会计算本班发电,供电量班报表和做好交接班的卫生清洁工作。

4、电气副操要学会对检修电源的正确接线,同时应学会一般电气故障处理。

5、电气副操要养成爱护工具的良好习惯,对使用过的工具应做好清洁处理,在指定位置放整齐。

6、电气副操应不断学习专业技术,电气班长和电气主操应对本班副操进行培养和技术上的指导,养成以老带新的良好作风,不断提高电气的整体技术水平。

电气检修工的职权与职责

1、电气检修工在行政上属于电气主任和电气班长的领导,在上班期间听从当班电气班长的工作安排。

2、电气检修工所有检修项目均应正确填写检修工作票,经当班电气运行班长签字后,由电气运行班长安排运行人员做好安全措施后方可到检修现场做检修准备工作。

3、电气检修工在进行检修工作前要做到:先停电、再每相验电、悬挂标示牌,装设接地线后方可进行检修工作

4、电气检修工所检修的工作结束时,仔细检查没有遗漏的工具等不安全因素并按规程拆除接地线,收回标示牌、交检修工作票到运行班长处,由运行班长安排运行人员送电源。电气检修工协助调试运行检修过设备,设备运行正常后方可离开现场,并加强对检修过的设备进行巡检工作。

篇三:电气运行岗位职责

电气运行岗位职责

1.在主管领导的领导下,全面负责发电车间电气设备运行维护工作及停送电、倒闸操作。

2.认真按照巡回检查制度对车间电气设备进行巡检维护。

3.严格执行“操作票和操作监护制度”所有电气设备的停送电操作和倒闸 操作均应严格填写操作票并执行操作监护制度。

4.设备发生事故时,应沉着,冷静,准确,果断的判断,并尽快通知相关 人员进行处理。

5.协助值长搞好余热发电安全文明生产及节能降耗工作。

6.熟悉《电气安全运行、操作管理制度》、《电业安全操作工作规程(发 电厂及电气部分)》、《电网调度管理规程》相关部分,严格值班调度纪律。

7.负责发电机解并列和日常调整维护工作。

8.认真填写运行记录,运行报表每小时一填。

9.负责本岗位辖区的卫生保洁。
