供应链管理中供应商管理

摘要

未来的竞争是供应链的竞争。日趋激烈的竞争,日益受到关注的质量、总成本、长期合同、供应商基地的合理化及库存的减少、逐渐增加的外包,就是组织和企业目前所面临的现实世界。传统意义上单纯的购买者和供应者之间的对抗性关系已经消亡,取而代之的是正向战略合作伙伴关系方向转换。这伙伴公司的基础是:相互间的信任和尊重,价值分析的使用,单一供应商来源的更多使用及更少的人做更多的工作。本文从巴奥米特公司的实际出发阐述了通过优化供应商管理机制,从而提高了供应商的整体素质,有效的降级了企业运营成本,达到企业利润的最大化。使自己始终位于全球骨科医疗器械三甲的位臵。

The future of competition is the competition in the supply chain. 一、引言

(一)研究背景

随着世界经济一体化进程的加速和互联网的发展,企业之间竞争日趋激烈和透明化,怎样能够更有效的取得利益和降低成本已经成为世界性的课题。那么企业要想在竞争中获得生存,其供应链的管理越发至关重要。供应链管理(Supply chain management,SCM)是一种集成的管理思想和方法,它执行供应链中从供应商到最终用户的物流计划、控制等职能。如何通过改善上、下游供应链关系,整合和优化信息流、物流、资金流,以提高企业的竞争优势,这是公司获得竞争优势的一大主题。而作为供应链源头的供应商管理必然成为重中之重了,为此许多公司花费大量人力物力对员工培训,从而更好的

实施供应商管理战略,减少因供应商问题而造成的成本的浪费。放眼国内外,不论是管理卓越的世界级企业,还是刚刚从传统思维中高速发展的民营企业,都已经完全意识到供应商不再是一个传统意义上物料或者服务的提供者,而是自己公司的一个不可缺少的合作者和支持者。如果一个企业没有一个良好供应商管理体系,那是不可想象的。正是这种激烈的竞争中,如何进行更加有效的供应商管理,对于企业的生存和发展具有重大的意义

(二) 研究目的

从宏观方面来讲,企业存在与发展的意义就是在于为社会和人们的需要提供产品和服务,并使之感到满意;从微观方面来讲,企业存在与发展的意义就是能够持续经营,取得利润,让企业更加快速的发展。而取得利润的方法有很多种,如何从现有的经营体制中找到产生利润的隐藏空间,从而使企业产生利润和效益的整体能力得到提升。正是这种愿望的驱使下,供应链管理正式登上了历史的舞台,她的成功运作给企业展现了她独特的魅力。而作为供应链管理的关键环节的供应商管理也自然首当其冲的成为了众多学者甚至企业研究的课题。作为一个从事采购与供应管理的人员,我觉得通过研究公司的供应商开发与管理,能够为企业节省更多的费用,从而创造更的利润,所以,这也是我此次为何选择供应链中的供应商管理作为研究对象的主要目的。

二、供应链中供应商管理概述

(一)供应商管理基本概念与特点

1. 供应商管理的概念

供应商是指可以为企业生产提供原材料,工程设备、服务以及企业一切其他资源的单位,企业要维持正常的生产运营就必须有自己的合格供应商给自己提供各方面的需求资源,所以供应商的物质供应能力以及服务对一个企业的生存发展至关重要,供应商既可以是生产企业,也可以是流通企业。供应商的管理是指对于供应商的开发、了解、选择以及使用等综合性工作的总称,是企业对资源来源的控制和管理,是企业保证为生产

摘 要:进入21世纪,企业竞争形式表现为产品和服务的竞争,而其背后是供应链管理的竞争,目前,先进的供应链及其管理业已成为企业提高竞争力和获取高额利润的有力保障。

本文通过对X公司的供应链及其管理的问题进行诊断和分析,对其供应链管理进行敏捷化改进,进一步缩短企业对市场变化的响应时问,建立企业的快速反应体系,以适应服装市场的变化快、多品种、小批量、短周期等要求。具体可以从3个大的方面进行供应链的敏捷化改进:1、进行业务流程再造;2、改善库存管理;3、优化物流管理。从而使X公司实现敏捷供应链管理。

通过对X公司的供应链管理进行针对性的敏捷化改进,使X公司积极有效应对市场和产品的需要,快速响应市场需求,从而保持并进一步提升竞争力,取得竞争优势。

[Abstract]: In the 21st century business competition escalates to the

competition of products and services and in fact the real competition is what in behind:competition of supply chains.Nowadays the advanced supply chain and its management is a guarantee of corporate competitiveness and lucrative profits.

The current paper diagnoses and analyses W’S supply chain and its

anagement problems and recommends agilization reforms to cut the time to respond to market changes by the company in the form of a quick response system,for handling the market situations of changes,of multi—products in small quantities and short cycles.Actual improvements could be

implemented in three major aspects for agilization of the supply chain:

1.Restructuring of processes;2.To improve the inventory management;

3.To optimize the logistic management。for company W to have a agile management of the supply chain.

A tailor—made agilization improvement of the supply chain of

company W enabled the company to respond effectively the needs ofthe

market for its products and thus enhanced its competitiveness on the market with all edge.
