发生在家乐福超市的投诉
地点：某家乐福超市
人物：顾客A（李正宜）顾客B（候成文） 店员A（李惠娟）店员B(毛新花) 经理（马光云）旁白（黄永）
场景一
旁白：某日下午，店员A像往常一样站在收银台前为顾客结账、装袋，店员B整理着货架，这时候一位年轻漂亮的女士进入超市，店员B迎了上去。
店员B：下午好，女士，欢迎光临家乐福超市。
顾客A：您好
旁白：顾客在超市逛了一圈，挑选了牛奶、面包、水、其他零食，还有一个不锈钢丝保温杯，便来到收银台前结账。
店员A：您好，女士，欢迎光临家乐福超市，请问你有会员卡吗？
顾客A：有
旁白：店员A正在扫描商品时，顾客A发现有一包牛奶还有两天的保质期
顾客A：你们这牛奶快过期了，我不要了。
店员A：没关系，牛奶还未扫描，我把其它东西给您装起来好吗?
旁白：店员A小心地将东西装好，结完帐，然后两手很恭敬的将东西和会员卡递给顾客A。 店员A：请收好您的会员卡，拿好东西，欢迎您下次光临。
场景二
旁白：过了一会超市李进入一个看起来喝醉酒的男士，他拿了红酒、巧克力、饼干等，到出口的时候警报突然想起，这时才引起工作人员的注意，顾客B上前阻止，并立即通知经理，经理闻讯赶来。
经理：您好，先生，您的商品还未结账吧?
旁白：经理看这位先生明显有些醉意，便将他扶进了超市的休息室，递给他一杯茶，让他先醒醒酒，过了一会，这位顾客就清醒不少。
经理：先生，很抱歉,您刚刚忘记了结账, 可能由于急事看起来很匆忙,您看这些东西现在结账还是先不要了？
旁白：顾客B显得有些不好意思，便说
顾客B：真不好意思，给您带来这么多麻烦，我现在就去结账。
经理：没关系，那您路上注意安全。
场景三
旁白：第二天下午，顾客A气冲冲的来到店员A面前说
顾客A：你们超市什么破保温杯啊，不保温不说，而且特别烫手，我要退货
店员A：女士，您的心情我能理解，您先不要着急，请问您带发票和保温杯了吗？ 顾客A:带了，你看
旁白：店员A接过保温杯和发票，发现是不同的保温杯，于是说
店员A：您好，是这样的。我们超市有两种保温杯，一种是普通保温杯，一种是真空保温杯，真空保温杯保温效果最好，而普通保温杯没有保温层，热传递很快，您买的是普通保温杯，所以会有些烫，保温效果也相对差一些。那么请问您现在换还是退啊？
顾客A：原来是这样啊，好吧，那就换一个有真空层的吧
店员A:女士,真空保温杯呢,需要再给补点差价,您看,没给您做好导购讲解清楚,我们深表歉意,一部分责任也在于我们这边,所以给你最优惠的价格, 您需要再支付8元,差价是18元, 店员A：恩，好的
